I actually MISS tornado drills. Don't often get tornadoes in Seattle, and even then, we're not equipped with sirens for it. Might get lucky hearing the biannual lahar siren tests if you live in the Puyallup Valley, but it's not the same thing...

We had a really bad thunderstorm last night that could have turned into a tornado warning, but it didn't. I wonder if anyone will pay attention to the mock warning?

Well... They set the sirens off but unfortunately, radio & TV didn't play along, except for WMTV-15 who ran a crawl saying that the sirens were going off because of a tornado drill, so I'm betting people had no idea what was going on.
